I have recently switched my auto and motorcycle insurance to TrustPoint Insurance. Tammy Thonton was phenomenal in making this an easy process and because of her due diligence and looking out for my best interests, she is saving me a lot of money. I found that Tammy listened closely to my needs and concerns and created the best policy package for me. She came highly recommended by some business associates and I am thrilled. I would highly recommend Tammy to anyone who is looking for new insurance or needs a review of their current policies.

My experience with Trustpoint Insurance has been nothing but absolutely positive! I was unsure of the steps throughout the process but Tammy and Summer helped me every step of the way to decide on the best option for my new home and auto insurance. I would definitely recommend this amazing team!

I have been with them for the past almost 5 years. It was called Trust Point but now Comma. When they made the change there wasn't any difference in the customer care. Rachel Baker is my agent. She has always been very helpful with all my needs. She does all the work on finding the best plans for my needs. She deals with my home and auto plans. I highly recommend Comma Insurance to anyone. They take all the guess work out of finding new plans and gives you options and quotes for the best plans for your needs.

I was referred to TrustPoint Insurance by a friend when I was looking to replace my current homeowners insurance. When I called, the point of contact I was given was not in the office, but they promptly sent me to Tammy who was more than helpful. She was quick and thorough and sent me a quote right away. After many phone calls to other companies that didn't seem to want to help me in my time frame which was 2 days until my old policy renewed, Tammy got us set up with an excellent insurance company and a very good premium that we were happy with! I would recommend their services to anyone looking to insure your home! The personal service was both excellent and appreciated in my time crunch to locate new insurance! The continued customer service since the policy inception has been above and beyond. I highly recommend TrustPoint Insurance!

I am a public adjuster and it's my job to review homeowners' policies and I can say without a doubt, when reviewing one of your customer's policies last night, I've never seen such a good policy. We can usually find lots of flaws leaving homeowner's lacking in some area, but not this one. My husband and I will be building a new home in Nov. '26 and we will most definitely get you to write our policy. Great job to this company!!!!
